How it works

How to interpret your results

Your score reflects the proportion of systemic symptoms present in your CS practice. A higher score means more gaps — not a judgment on your team, but a signal that the operating model needs attention.

0–30% — Limited gaps. Your foundations are largely in place. Focus on the highest-scoring dimension.
31–60% — Moderate gaps. Several foundation areas need structured attention. Prioritise the highest-scoring dimensions first.
61–100% — Significant gaps. Your CS operating model has systemic weaknesses that are likely affecting NRR, team performance, and renewal predictability.
